This article represents one more victim alleging criminal conduct by Whitefish Credit Union attorney Sean Frampton and his associates. These articles are intended to highlight the alleged crimes committed against unsuspecting men and women of Montana at the hands of the credit union as we lead up to the Deanna McAtee trial beginning in Flathead County on Monday, April 24.
Winston Major worked hard his whole life, paid his taxes, and built his retirement account to be able to live out his golden years while enjoying the fruits of his lifelong labor. Sadly, the attorneys representing Montana’s largest credit union had other plans for Major.
