Building a Home for His Dying Wife Turned Disastrous Once Credit Union Attorneys Became Involved

This article represents one more victim alleging criminal conduct by Whitefish Credit Union attorney Sean Frampton and his associates. These articles are intended to highlight the alleged crimes committed against unsuspecting men and women of Montana at the hands of the credit union as we lead up to the Deanna McAtee trial beginning in Flathead County on Monday, April 24.

Winston Major worked hard his whole life, paid his taxes, and built his retirement account to be able to live out his golden years while enjoying the fruits of his lifelong labor. Sadly, the attorneys representing Montana’s largest credit union had other plans for Major.

It began when Major decided to build a house for his wife who was dying of cancer. Major, who had excellent credit and no late payments, found himself at the losing end of the deal as Whitefish Credit Union Attorney Sean Frampton threatened Major’s other properties, and his wealth if he refused to play ball with the theft and sign over his property.
