______
Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen joined James White, host of NorthWest Liberty News, recently to discuss the IRS\ATF gun store raid in Great Falls earlier this month.
In a story that made national news from Great Falls, Montana, a group of 20 armed IRS agents were waiting at the Highwood Creek Outfitters gun store on June 14 when owner Tom Van Hoose came in to open the shop.
______
______
Van Hoose, who had a good relationship with the local ATF, had to close his shop for the day while agents collected 4473 forms, which is paperwork filled out by gun owners containing confidential information.
______
“What’s frustrating about this entire thing is how the federal government has come in and just strong-armed…they didn’t communicate with any of the locals.” – Austin Knudsen, Montana Attorney General
______
The Gestapo-like tactics carried out by agents of the federal government seem to be the norm these days; as their level of tyranny seemingly coincides with the voluminous amount of information coming out about the systemic corruption in all federal agencies, including the FBI.
______
Knudsen continues: “…that probable cause statement the feds are sitting on (it’s) filed under seal with a judge in Great Falls who will not share it with us…I’ve called the US Attorney’s office, I’ve called the Clerk of Court, I mean we have tried everything to get our hands on this document…they will not show it to us”
