This article represents one more victim alleging criminal conduct by Whitefish Credit Union attorney Sean Frampton and his associates. These articles are intended to highlight the alleged crimes committed against unsuspecting men and women of Montana at the hands of the credit union as we lead up to the Deanna McAtee trial beginning in Flathead County on Monday, April 24.

As with the other victims of the Whitefish Credit Union attorneys, Sandy Johnson was a respectable businesswoman who paid her taxes, had good credit, and was secure in her finances and the direction that her growing business was heading in.

The trouble started when Johnson worked out a refinance loan with Montana’s largest credit union, Whitefish Credit Union, because of their reputation and history which fostered trust with Johnson.
