Whitefish Credit Union (WCU), Montana’s largest credit union, is once again in the spotlight for its predatory lending practices, as outlined by an affidavit recently filed in Federal Court.

For those of you who have followed the ongoing investigation by NorthWest Liberty News into WCU and its involvement in what appears to be a land-theft scheme involving numerous men and women of Flathead County, the accusations of malfeasance by WCU outlined in the aforementioned affidavit should come as no surprise.
