Montana Public Service Commissioner, Roger Koopman seems to have much disdain for his fellow commissioners.

One would think that a person working in a government job would realize that all of the e-mail that they send through work resources becomes public record, which anyone can access.

Roger Koopman either didn’t know this, or he knew and just didn’t care.

Either way, I have several copies of e-mail that Roger Koopman sent via his work computer; e-mail which I will share with you below.

I want to go on-record and state that I have no axe to grind with Roger Koopman.  In fact, I do not even know him all that well.

I did meet with him a couple times, several years ago, in relation to a computer technical position that opened at the PSC, but it’s been so long ago that I do not even remember what the position was exactly, or why I didn’t end up taking it.

All that being said, I have not spoken to Commissioner Koopman for several years.

As you will see for yourself at the link below, Roger Koopman used his government e-mail to demean and insult his colleagues and constituents.

The information came to me from one of my well-placed sources, but you can also view all of the e-mail from Commissioner Koopman, or any elected official, for yourself by making a written request.

Let us never forget that the people who choose a career in public service work for us, the folks.  We need to hold them all accountable, regardless of political party.

You can read all of the e-mail that I received regarding Commissioner Koopman at the link below, with the video I produced on the matter right underneath that.

And your point is what? So what’s your next step using this info? What’s the public’s recourse when they discover their public officials, elected & appointed, are abusing their power, violating the constitution, codes, etc, etc? Is this the extent of exposing their emails? Shining light on the roaches? Does that get them removed? Penalized? What? By example, does it teach any of the rest of them to watch their step or else? I’m really interested
