It was, is and always will be about the Declaration of Independence and the Constitution of the United States
When one looks around at the real state of the Union, and ignores the propaganda spewed by those who wish to rule over us, you can easily determine that something is seriously wrong in this country. For those of us who are 30 and above, it could sometimes seem like we live not just in a different time, but perhaps we live on a different planet than the one we grew to love in the innocence of our youth. Truly, the nation that I used to adore is now barely recognizable.
We are all individuals who operate as a part of a collective. Whether we like it or not, we depend upon one another to get through the days, months and years that make up our lives; those who live off-grid notwithstanding. As part of a collective, we grant others in our sphere certain temporary rights; rights which we give up voluntarily. Having someone besides you teach your children is a good example. However, certain rights are not designed for bargaining, for they are tied directly to our liberty. A point very succinctly observed by our guest today on NorthWest Liberty News, Daniel Brigman.
Daniel Brigman is a very interesting and knowledgeable fellow who has a tremendous grasp of the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and our Declaration of Independence. To hear Daniel speak is a breath of fresh air, and I encourage everyone to purchase a copy of his fine book, Forever 1776. Daniel graciously joined Jim and Tim for an in-depth discussion of our Founding Fathers and the America that they intended for our posterity. If you like the liberty, the Constitution, the Bill of Rights and the Declaration of Independence, then this is the broadcast for you.
