UPDATED: Montana State Auditor’s Office Agrees to Investigate Securities Fraud by Montana’s Largest Credit Union

NorthWest Liberty News received an e-mail earlier today confirming that the upload containing the Prima Facia Case Evidence and Fact that Montana’s Largest Credit Union committed Securities Fraud was received by Troy Downing’s office and has now been turned over to staff attorneys.

In a recent phone conversation with Montana State Auditor Troy Downing, NorthWest Liberty News founder James White received assurances from Downing that if Prima Facia Case Evidence and Facts regarding Securities Fraud perpetrated by Whitefish Credit Union (WCU) CEO and President James Kenyon were sent to Downing’s offices, then he would turn it over to his staff for investigation.

Kenyon, who makes almost 10x the salary of the average credit union CEO, openly committed Securities Fraud when he produced a counterfeit financial instrument and registered it with the Flathead County Clerk in a blatant attempt to steal a credit union member’s property.
