(Madison County, Montana) Attorneys for persecuted missionary Jesse Boyd filed a Motion to Dismiss the case against him and his family in Madison County District Court Tuesday.
Boyd, who is being represented by the John Pierce Law firm, is undergoing “the most extreme case of selective prosecution motivated by religious discrimination in the history of Montana” according to Boyd’s lawyers.
The case against Boyd and his family is being assisted by the Montana DOJ and the office of Attorney General Austin Knudsen. Boyd, who is claiming self-defense in the case, has traveled more than 5000 miles in more than 15 states and has never had a violent incident until he decided to carry a cross in Madison County, Montana.

They weren’t arrested for being Christian.
They were arrested after pointing a firearm at the unarmed victim; then ganging up on the victim, 4 vs. 1.
They aren’t being persecuted because of their beliefs. They are being prosecuted because they made a claim of self-defense. They have asserted an affirmative defense.
They aren’t being treated any differently because they are Christian. They aren’t being treated any differently than anyone else who had made the same bad decision! They are not similarly situated to the victim or the individuals who assisted the victim.
The defense should be careful with making accusations that have no basis in fact. They are running right up to a libel and/or defamation suit from a few individuals.
The man you claim they ganged up on, approached them, to harass them, and they were defending themselves. They legally had a right to carry, and point that gun at their harasser., they were being threatened.
It sounds like an FBI hit to me. January 6th in Montana.
I know Jesse if he pointed a gun at somebody he had to .
