(Kalispell, Montana) Montana Public Service Commissioner Randy Pinocci joined host James White live on NorthWest Liberty News Thursday morning to discuss the recently defeated bill on coal ash that Pinocci and fellow Public Service Commissioner Tony O’Donnell lobbied for during this legislative session.

Both O’Donnell and Pinocci are proponents of the legislation which is designed to sell coal ash created in Montana back to Montana for beneficial use instead of buying it from foreign countries by the container load.
