Even though the divorce rate in America is falling, there is still a large number of marriages that end badly. For example, in 2020, there were an estimated 630,000 divorces across America.
Sadly, failed marriages do not just impact the marriage partners but often affect the children conceived by the now estranged partners. What usually ensues is a nasty legal battle with no real winners in the end.

Often in custody battles, legal measures will be employed by one parent’s attorney to gain an advantage over the other parent. One of the most often used and effective legal maneuvers has become the idea that one parent is guilty of “parental alienation” against the other parent. But does this accusation even have validity?

Pas was used to traffic my daughter from Missouri, Arizona, Wyoming, and then Montana, and I have plenty of evidence to substantiate this claim. There can be no doubt, after hearing my story, that it is used for child trafficking. It has been 634 days since I have spoken to or seen my daughter.
I get it believe me. My son was dragged out of our home by CPS when I passed out from a superbug I had and they stated it was neglect from a lack of supervision. I had 3 previous cases all back to back throughout Covid then I was found as unsubstantiated and they were false accusations yet those are supposed to be erased from the floor abuse, lines and DCF’s records yet they use those false allegation calls to convict me and take away my son. After they took him I was never given notice that he was in care. I was in the hospital for two weeks and they told me that when I got out that they already had a shelter hearing nobody came to inform me nobody told me he was in custody. The judge did not arrange any visitation whatsoever, and they consecutively moved him away from where we lived further and further way, until they took them across state lines to Texas. I didn’t see my son for three months three months I didn’t see him for 10 more and then I never saw him again there was no reunification plan. There was no trial the defaulted me, stating that I had missed one of the one of the hearings which I had and I hadn’t missed it my lawyer had. I’m trying to figure out how to live today without him in my life every morning I wake up to this nightmare, but they said that I didn’t make the effort to see him or contact him which that’s all I did every day but the case manager refused my calls the judge never held the Foster parents accountable for not bringing them to me for visitation which they were supposed to be sanctioned. It’s just ugly I fight with ending the pain every day but I can’t do that to him. Pray that one day I can see him again. I went through three court appointed lawyers as they all worked against me so I kept firing them. They refused to sit down and have a talk with me even about what my side of the story was what really happened they did not submit any of my service plan services that I completed, the case manager and her supervisor both disappeared right before my TPR trial I’ve never seen so much corruption in my life as the prosecutor smiled over your shoulder at me as to say, don’t even try it. We’ve already got them the investigator they did first come to my house told me just give them up right now you might as well because you’re too easy to get because I have a passed over 12 years ago. I struggled with addiction due to my mother my mothers abuse to me and I turn my whole entire life around for my son and I , I mean I went back to school get honors grades I built a house I just change my whole entire life around. But they said that eventually they would they would get them because with the day I was too easy to get is what he kept saying that they would all they would have to do is plant something in my car or on my body or in my house when I wasn’t there and they would get them eventually And they did this is the best keep in the world, handsome, beautiful, sweet and kind. I can barely stand it every day.
