These tyrants just can’t let it go.  They can’t make their case to the jury to find these men guilty so they are going to try them a third time and push other defendants’ court date back further into the future!

After the jury acquitted two defendants in the Bundy Ranch case of all charges against them, they were deadlocked on two others, O. Scott Drexler and Eric Parker, both of Idaho.

Still, they were released from prison on Tuesday evening, but discovered on Wednesday that the government, who could not make their case to the jury, want to try them again.

“Surprised? No. Disappointed? Yes,” said Parker’s lawyer, Jess Marchese. “It’s clear at this point the prosecution is taking this personally now.”

Marchese said Acting Nevada U.S. Attorney Steven Myhre twice called Parker a coward during a court hearing Wednesday.

Marchese said it was unprofessional and unnecessary. “This is a business,” he said. “And there’s no need for emotion in a business.”

It’s actually pretty cowardly what Mr. Myhre has been involved in, in attempts to bring in situation and conduct that occurred well after Bundy Ranch against defendants to make his case, as well as being just fine with holding defendants up to five years without worrying about violating their right to a speedy trial.

Consider that Mr. Myhre is the same man who would not include the men found guilty in the first trial in the retrial for the charges they were not found guilty on because of time and expenses, but he will not let these men go to save money and time and actually give the other men their day in court in a timely manner.

AZ Central reports:

The U.S. Attorney’s Office in Las Vegas confirmed Wednesday it will go back to court for the third time in an attempt to convict two men accused of taking up arms against  federal agents.

Less than 24 hours earlier, a jury had acquitted two standoff defendants and dismissed the most serious charges against two others. Now federal prosecutors say they will retry the men next month on outstanding weapons and assault charges.

The move pushes back the trials for 11 other defendants in the 2014 Bundy Ranch standoff, including Nevada rancher Cliven Bundy and his sons Ammon and Ryan Bundy, who have spent 18 months in prison while awaiting their court date.

Parker and Drexler face one count each of assaulting a federal officer and carrying a firearm in the commission of a crime. Parker faces two additional counts of using a firearm to threaten a federal officer.

Nevermind that the keeping and bearing of arms is a right protected under the Second Amendment.

Nevermind that the position of the men and their weapons was a defensive position in the face of hundreds of armed, tactically trained federal agents and snipers with their weapons targeting innocent Americans who were simply engaged in protesting the lawless actions of the Bureau of Land Management.

To demonstrate just how crooked Judge Gloria Navarro’s court is and how in lock step it is with the tyrannical central government it works for, even AZ Central saw what was going on.

Navarro’s rulings, aimed at trying to avoid jury nullification, severely limited defense arguments. Jury nullification occurs when a jury returns a verdict based on its shared belief rather than on the evidence in a case.

Navarro barred defendants from discussing why they traveled thousands of miles to join protesters at the Bundy Ranch. She did not allow them to testify about perceived abuses by federal authorities during the cattle roundup that might have motivated them to participate.

Navarro also restricted defendants from raising constitutional arguments, or mounting any defense based on their First Amendment rights to free speech and their Second Amendment rights to bear arms. In her rulings, Navarro said those were not applicable arguments in the case.

Federal officials did not face the same restrictions. To show defendants were part of a conspiracy, they referenced events that happened months, or years, after the standoff.

Federal prosecutors, led by Myhre, argued in court the case wasn’t about the First or Second Amendments; that the Constitution doesn’t give people the right to threaten federal officers.

And the Constitution doesn’t give the right for members of an unconstitutional agency to threaten American citizens either, Mr. Myhre.

Because of Myhre’s and Navarro’s reckless and lawless behavior, now Drexler and Parker will have to face another trial and the Bundys and reporter Pete Santilli will have their court date delayed well into October or possibly November.

And why?  Because for Myhre this is not about justice, it’s personal.  That was demonstrated in his attacks on the defendants and their attorneys.

Indeed, it is personal, but it should be about justice.

There are still 11 defendants who remain incarcerated for the past 19 months without a trial and the court’s actions continue to infringe on the rights of these men.

“Those guys want their day in court,” said Marchese.

As for at least one of the defendants awaiting trial, Pete Santilli’s attorney, Chris Rasmussen has filed a motion for pre-trial release.

Sadly, I can tell you they aren’t going to grant it.  They haven’t done so thus far.  There’s no way the government is going to give an inch here.  They have too much to lose.

What happened to double jeopardy and the 5th Amendment? Who do I call to tell them I am NOT going to pay for this and if they want to try them again they have to use their own money?

This is little more than a distraction. Those that are caught up in this gobberment BS needs the support of we the people. I urge the patriots to keep an eye over the shoulder. We are up against an evil, well organized, well funded enemy.

Maybe that’s because so-called patriots like Chuck Baldwin, “pastor” of Kalispell’s own Liberty Fellowship, have not uttered one word about Cliven Bundy since his arrest. This commentary is for you, Chuck Baldwin, and anyone ever considering sending you a dime, or coming to your political meeting needs to ponder these words. I pen the words, but the sentiment you’ll see here is held, likely, by hundreds of people.

Chuck, the national Oath Keeper’s Chaplain, goes to Bundy Ranch after the standoff and stands on the stage with Cliven for some great photo ops. Almost two years later, Chuck writes a column on January 7, 2016, a little more than a month before Cliven is arrested, where he expounds, in great detail how the Bundy Ranch stand-off was a just action, but Burns OR was unjust. During this time he boasts about how he stood should-to-shoulder with the Bundy’s at Bunkerville.

Cliven gets arrested a little more than a month later, on 2-11-2016, and now it’s as if Cliven Bundy doesn’t exist in Chuck Baldwin’s world. He’s not uttered his name, nor defended him publicly ever since. What happened to Chuck Baldwin???

Chuck’s really bizarre behavior starts on January 31, 2016, with the opinion-piece he gives (high-in-opinion, low-in-facts) where he says LaVoy Finicum was justifiably shot (just a mere 5 days after LaVoy’s death).

You NEED to watch this message, to the end, and share it with patriots everywhere:

Chuck accuses everyone of having a “knee-jerk” reaction to LaVoy’s murder, when very few real facts were known, and yet, of the facts that were known, he got many of them wrong himself (and he wasn’t in a car being shot at like Victoria was!)

Note: This opinion piece was taken down from the internet shortly after he posted it. Luckily it was preserved so that others can see his hypocrisy and undeniable departure from who he used to be.

Side note: When Michael Brown, of Ferguson, MO fame was shot and killed by police officers on August 9, 2014, nearly a month later Chuck made this statement in an article titled, “An Open Letter to Law Enforcement”. In paragraph 13 he writes:

“Look what happened in Ferguson, Missouri. Regardless of whether the shooting of the young
man was justified or not (along with everyone else, I am waiting for a proper and thorough
investigation to provide an honest answer),…”

Why did Chuck extend grace and latitude to Michael Brown, waiting until the official investigation was done to make any comment, yet rushed to judgement to declare LaVoy Finicum GUILTY just 5 days after he was shot? Mind you, there was little to no evidence available to make an honest call, except the FBI’s grainy video and an eye witness account.

This is a HUGE question that people should be asking themselves about Chuck Baldwin, and one that deserves to be answered directly by Chuck. Did Chuck have access to information from the FBI that the rest of us didn’t? Why was Chuck so itchy to get his opinion out? Was he driven by some sort of hate…for LaVoy? With hate for some in the fellowship? For white people (joke).

Ok, so Chuck declares the LaVoy’s shooting justified, stating many untruths throughout the opinion piece, as he trashes the first eye-witness testimony given by Victoria Sharp, a testimony given less than 5 hours after the shooting. It’s do odd that Chuck defaults to the governments story while, at the same time, throws an eye-witness under the bus, that was in the car, a young lady sympathetic to the cause of Christ and to the cause of liberty? Can we agree that that’s not the Chuck Baldwin we remember, of the past (and you did say Chuck, “I hope that you’ll understand who the man is who’s talking to you”).

Note: Since that day, when Chuck used every phrase but liar to discredit Victoria Sharp’s testimony, Victoria’s testimony has been proven to be very reliable, something that if Chuck would’ve waited, would have come out.

Chuck knew his “opinion” piece would divide the fellowship into two groups. People who’d side with him, no matter what he said, and those who could think for themselves. Consider his opening line…

“Now, what I’m about to say is gonna run contrary to what many of you currently think.”

Chuck worked diligently to besmirch and discredit Victoria’s testimony at every opportunity during that message. He made many statements worth analyzing (and they will be analyzed in the future) But here’s one he made that every God-fearing American patriot needs to hold him too:

”I am absolutely open-minded in my heart and if there is further evidence to convince me that what I just said to you was not what happened, then I will absolutely, positively, and public-ally retract my position. If I can be convinced, objectively and critically, that that’s not the way it happened, I will say so.”

We’re waiting Chuck. Since that day, have you heard the FBI lied about firing their guns, and this past June, one agent was indicted? Did you know there was no body cam footage of the whole thing, in spite of the excessive militarization of the LEO’s at the scene (except Shawna Cox’s video – praise the Lord they didn’t destroy that). Did you hear that all the Burns OR defendants were found NOT GUILTY? Did you happen to catch that all the Bundy men were arrested for Bunkerville, a just action in your eyes???

While we’re on the subject, when did you ever come out and ridicule LEO for the lack of body cams, dash cams, helmet cams and audio on the ground? I mean you’ve been screaming about the militarization of the police forces of America for years! With all the millions of dollars of equipment and days of planning that went into that “very normal roadblock”, as you call it, why is it that you turned your head and let LEO slide without pointing this blatant and intentional gaff in their production of this crime – the inability to produce one second of their own ground audio/video showing what really happened?

Why haven’t you apologized to LaVoy’s family for disparaging his good name after it was disclosed that FBI agent lied about shooting at LaVoy with his hands up immediately on his exit from the car (just like Victoria Sharp said)! Is that something that you’re ok with Chuck? When a man gets shot at with his hands up in the air like a trophy prize?

How about apologizing to the people who had their own opinion (just like your opinion), and believed then and still believe, that LaVoy was murdered through excessive use of force by LEO. How can you stand at the pulpit and hawk your son’s DVD, “Police Contact”: How to Respond”, when you took a position 180 degrees to what Tim thought happened? You want us to trust his advice on traffic stops but you blew him off and went 100% in the other direction from the stance he took. Chuck, did you consult your traffic stop expert son, Tim Baldwin, about the volatile message you’d be preaching to see what his thoughts were on the matter? Either way, yes or no, you’re a hypocrite to ask others to buy that DVD!

I’m sorry, I may have missed it, but in which column did you let everyone know about the return of “NOT GUILTY” verdicts for all the Burns OR occupiers. That was HUGE thing! I thought that you, for sure, would’ve used that to educate the American people on the POWER OF THE JURY & JURY NULLIFICATION, the most powerful force in our nation! I can’t seem to find any statement from Chuck Baldwin on that???

What about the fact the when liberal news media outlets like CNN, the NY Times, LA Times, Washington Post, The Guardian, Washington Times, NPR, and countless others, just a few months back in June, 2017, reported on the indictment of the FBI officer that lied about shooting at LaVoy, you were SILENT? Help me out Chuck – which DVD or column can we buy that has you on the record reporting about that?

And finally, but most importantly, why don’t you come clean to the world about what really happened to Liberty Fellowship? You, like Rahm Emanuel, couldn’t let a good crisis go to waste, could you Chuck? Why don’t you tell people about Chuck’s war of aggression that you unleashed on the good people of Liberty Fellowship, starting on January 31st, 2016? The January 31st message was just the beginning of a what seems to be a calculated move, on your part, to rid the fellowship of anyone that didn’t march, lock-step, to your newly-formed brand of church government, where Biblical rule of law and due process is thrown out the window, to welcome in a tyrannical, despotic, form of church rule? You blamed it all, at first, on Burns and LaVoy (which it wasn’t). Remember Chuck, that was YOUR opinion. And you said that everyone else was entitled to THEIR opinion. So it really wasn’t about LaVoy. “We really shouldn’t let such a petty thing divide us”, you said.

After using LaVoy as a way to explain an emptying room to those wondering, you contrived this idea that there was some kind of Ted Cruz-directed coup, in which rabid, pro-Israel spies infiltrated the fellowship so that they could destroy you and the fellowship. Yet I think I read somewhere that, early on, that even you liked Ted Cruz?

You continued to foment confusion, division, and separation for months and months by using a tactic still used today by our government today – the un-defined boogie man. You used this un-named enemy, your boogie man (like the war on terror, the war on drugs, the war on poverty) ever since as a tool to extract money from innocent, unaware people. You don’t have the guts to name names, or to produce tangible evidence against anyone – hence the boogie man.

How ’bout you man up Chuck and produce some tangible, irrefutable evidence, and name names, like the Bible says.

Here’s why it’s so important people know this about you. You’re the first one to point the finger at other pastors – many good and true men of God – and label them “hirelings”. You constantly Christian bash while lifting up other religions as being good people. You’ve used the pulpit of God to snipe people that disagreed with you on different things, on many different occasions, because you didn’t have the testicular fortitude to go to them, as their pastor, and talk to them to see if things could be worked out.

You couldn’t stand to see the amount of love that was once in the body of people that filled your audience, so you had to tear it down and destroy it, only to rebuild it with “yes” men and women, clappers, and new, unsuspecting people from your internet audience (like the multiple hundreds of people over the past six years that came out and discovered that Liberty Fellowship was not a balanced, Biblical church, who moved on elsewhere in the valley – the ones you referenced when you said that the other pastors in the valley should pay you for. since they came out first for Liberty Fellowship).

Chuck, I pray you’ll see the error of your way, humble yourself, and repent to the world for what you’ve done. And I believe that with God, all things are possible. But this commentary was not meant to persuade you of that. The bulk of people who left Liberty Fellowship honestly think you’re beyond redemption, primarily because of your arrogant, prideful, stiff-necked attitude.

This needs said to protect all the unknowing people in America who’re considering coming to the valley to join your political meeting. They need to know that, by Biblical qualifications, you sir, are a HIRELING! They need to know to send their money to a cause that is truly serving Jesus, and to support a pastor who shows himself to be a pastor. You cannot serve both God and Mammon says Jesus in the Sermon on the Mount.

People need to know that you turned your spiritual guns on your own people. People need to know that you lack love, compassion, and true caring for the flock, as demonstrated by your actions over the last 20 months. People need to know that you don’t play by Biblical rules, and although you preach a good talk, you don’t believe in the very due process that you want others to give you. People need to know that you’re prideful. Only by pride cometh contention, and that’s exactly what happened at Liberty Fellowship.

Yes Chuck, by claiming you’re a pastor, you put yourself under Biblical law. You’re held to a higher standard. 1 Timothy 5:19 Against an elder receive not an accusation, but before two or three witnesses. 20 Them that sin rebuke before all, that others also may fear. 21 I charge thee before God, and the Lord Jesus Christ, and the elect angels, that thou observe these things without preferring one before another, doing nothing by partiality.

Christian’s have a responsibility to GOD himself, to publicly rebuke elders who insist on continuing in their sin. Trust me, there are way more than 2 or 3 witnesses that can testify that what is written here, about what you’ve done is the TRUTH. We’re called to rebuke these elders WITHOUT PARTIALITY. That means the little po-dunk pastor in the congregation of 20, or the mega famous pastor, with a congregation of thousands is subject to the same rule.

Chuck, honestly you, yourself, are the reason this is being penned. You’ve ALWAYS SAID, PURSUE THE TRUTH NO MATTER WHERE IT TAKES YOU! Trouble is, I don’t think you mean that when it comes to pursing the truth about Chuck Baldwin!

I encourage anyone that’s considering placing themselves in your meeting, or sending you a nickel, to avidly pursue the truths that have been stated in this commentary. Many good people who attended Liberty Fellowship from the start can tell you that something happened to Chuck Baldwin. Many good, honest, trust-worthy, humble, and reputable people can confirm that this commentary is very accurate. Christians and the freedom movement have a right to know what you’ve done Chuck Baldwin. And everyone that’s been spiritually raped by you has the right to expose you.

Finally, the problem in the American church is NOT just the pastors, like you say Chuck. The problem is also the body of Christ, who’ve become cowardly and unable to think for themselves. They’re not willing to take a stand and rebuke their pastors for intentionally sinning, with no repentance. The problem is autocratic pastors who think they’re to answer to no one (but God). The problem is when pastors get confused and claim that the church is THEIR church, and forget that it’s the Lord that builds the church, and no man has the say to tear it down. The problem is when so-called men of God forget that God is the author of government, and he starts with the structure of the government of his church. And that government ain’t a one-man show – that’s for sure.
