This story is very interesting to me… I do believe this information just might help my situation. What do we do when we have only two district court judges to choose from for that open seat at Montana Supreme court? I can tell you my case, my situation with a particular district court judge vying for that seat at MTSC… Should NEVER have more powers of control over anyone or anything other than their own dang life! The actors in my case… Let’s just say… Too many are too connected to each other and similar tactics… Funny thing is though… My case has nothing to do with land or loans.

The disciplinary counsel cobmvers for these attirneys and judges. If you look at the record you’ll see how many complaints are filed against them and they never get marks on their record. I had onw attorney, Josh Hudson, steal my mo ey and all he got was a warning. He still has hold if my $2000 and its been over a year.

This judge will never change his corrupt ways and there is so much I can personally say and show about him over my own case he grossly allowed a factual child pedophile and child abusing/ spouse abuse and animal abusing human beings let go and able to be alone with children with full custody even after factual history yet to treat a no criminal record or history of abuse person as a criminal is absolutely sick and wrong in all ways. Facts and evidence mean nothing to this guy and it’s his choice above all others as he has done one of corrupt support to not be held accountable for his poor and unprofessional choices etc. I know of many cases this guy has done in HIS way regardless of actual justice.
