I don’t know about the “missing money,” but Texas is using the constitution as the solution to the feckless Biden government allowing anywhere near 13-20 MILLION plus get aways and others who are NOT counted to invade our country. Biden needs to be impeached, Harris and Mayorkas to start with and the congress given a warning through an article V convention that term limits on them are coming. we must stop spending and funding illegals while our own American people are in trouble! Texas has its own state sovereignty and the Constitution gives him the authority to use it in amendment ten. We also need to put term limits on SCOTUS – most are liberals who are helping destroy the country.
