What do we do when we have only two district court judges to choose from for that open seat at Montana Supreme court? I can tell you my case, my situation with a particular district court judge vying for that seat at MTSC… Should NEVER have more powers of control over anyone or anything other than their own dang life! The actors in my case… Let’s just say… Too many are too connected to each other and similar tactics… Funny thing is though… My case has nothing to do with land or loans.
