Explosive allegations of criminal activity against one of Montana’s most prominent attorneys have recently been filed with the Office of Disciplinary Council, as fallout from the NW Montana land scandal continues to expose key players in what has previously been described by this news agency as an organized crime ring.
Whitefish attorney Sean Frampton is widely recognized in numerous court filings as being a person who is intimately involved with the case of Whitefish Credit Union vs. Thorco, Inc. Frampton, who was recently found guilty of Malicious Prosecution of a Montana woman named Deanna McAtee, has a much longer list of criminal infractions than malicious prosecution, according to a recent filing with the Montana Office of Disciplinary Council (Linked Below).
