Several members of Montana’s largest credit union, including Montana Senator Mark Noland, were forced to turn to Federal Bankruptcy Court for answers after Flathead County Attorney Travis Ahner took a pass and refused to investigate the criminal complaint that was filed with the Flathead County Sheriff’s office against Whitefish Credit Union (WCU) for $4million that was not recorded on the books. We will specifically cover Ahner’s dereliction of duty in a future article, but for now, you can view the meeting between concerned WCU members and Sheriff Brian Heino, which was covered by NorthWest Liberty News and can be seen by clicking here.

______
This is not the first time that Ahner, who appears to be in league with the organized crime ring operating in Flathead County, has denied justice to Thorco, Inc. In a previous complaint filed several years ago by 8 board members concerning the theft of the Somers property, Ahner told Board Members that he knew there were crimes against Thorco by WCU, but the county didn’t have the resources to investigate.
______
Thankfully, because of a conflict of interest, the Thorco case was moved to Idaho and is being adjudicated under Montana rules by an Idaho judge, who is not tied into the corrupt judicial system here in Montana.
Despite efforts from Ahner to dismiss the missing money and stall an investigation, questions will need to be answered as the member’s petition to get answers on the missing $4 million was accepted by the Federal Court in Idaho and is now part of the case.
You can view the petition by WCU members to get answers about the missing $4 Million dollars by clicking on this link.
