Multiple victims of Montana’s largest credit union, Whitefish Credit Union (WCU), came together recently in Kalispell, Montana at the NorthWest Liberty News studios to discuss their successes and heartaches concerning WCU. Spoiler alert: It was primarily heartaches.

Interest in the dubious loan practices of WCU has re-emerged after the landmark jury decision in the case of Deanna McAtee vs. Frampton Purdy Law Firm from Whitefish, Montana. After the McAtee trial, NorthWest Liberty News and its associates began revealing new evidence of what appears to be fraudulent business practices by the management of WCU.

The pleas for help from the WCU victims have reached the halls of the State Capitol in Helena as Montana Senator Mark Noland (SD 5) is now calling for a full investigation into the credit union and their loan practices.
