Video: Frampton Law Firm Filed Charges Against Deanna McAtee Knowing She Was Innocent of a Crime

As we began parsing through the voluminous amount of video recorded for McAtee’s trial, it became clear to us that McAtee was treated unfairly, perhaps even to the point of criminality, by Sean Frampton and his law firm.

After repeated warnings by other attorneys to drop the case against McAtee, Frampton continued to pursue fraud charges and even doubled down against McAtee by ramping up the charges to Constructive Fraud. Perhaps the most telling fact that proves Frampton acted maliciously is the revelation that no one from his law firm spoke to the person in charge of McAtee’s loan, Doug Johnson, who we will cover in a later article.
