Montana Representative Jerry Schillinger is No Fan of Activists Judges

Montana Representative Jerry Schillinger (HD37) recently joined James White on NorthWest Liberty News for his weekly visit as a second-hour show regular. Schillinger, a law and order Conservative, is troubled by the continued activism being exercised by not only Montana’s District Courts but the Supreme Court, as well.

When speaking about the recent ruling from Judge Mosses of Billings on the gender issue concerning birth certificates, Schillinger had the following to say:

…that was the perfect opportunity for the Governor and the head of DPHHS to say “no,” we’re not going to do that.” – Jerry Schillinger HD37
