On June 24th, 2022, the Supreme Court of the United States (SCOTUS) reversed a 50-year-old decision that, until overturned, guaranteed constitutional protection for a woman who chose to commit genocide against her child via the process of abortion.
As one can imagine, the outrage felt by those who could no longer commit federally-sanctioned murder was palatable, including death threats against sitting SCOTUS justices, which caused several of them to employ armed guards at their respective residences.
In Montana, right-to-life proponents immediately took action. They published their viewpoint that the recent SCOTUS decision on Dobbs overruled the current law in Montana, which allows legal protection for abortion based upon a case known as Armstrong. Professor of Law Patrick Gould contends that abortion is now illegal in Montana after the recent SCOTUS decision. Patrick explains the recent SCOTUS ruling and what it means for Montana in the link below.

Montana Senator David Howard loves humanity, loves life, and hates the murder of children. Senator Howard joined Jim White of NorthWest Liberty News and Critical Disclosure Radio to discuss the recent SCOTUS ruling and its impact on the Armstrong ruling in Montana.
