Federal Judge Allows Lawsuit that Would Usurp Will of Montana Voters

A Clinton-appointed Federal Judge from Montana ruled that the Montana Medical Association could proceed with a lawsuit challenging HB-702, which passed the Montana legislature last session and was signed into law by Governor Gianforte.

Long-time activist and enemy of all patriots, Judge Donald Malloy, ruled against the motion by Montana Attorney General Austin Knudsen to have the lawsuit thrown out.
